Learning about wildlife

Mr. Pilkington and Mr. Glynn brought their 3rd classes to Seàn Lemasss Library on October 23, 2104 to hear a wildlife ranger talk about the wonderful animal life around Shannon. It was a thoroughly interactive session and the pupils got to see and touch various creatures. The animals and birds the pupils learned about included hares, bats, stoats, pine martens, squirrels, hedgehogs and water hens.
