Cookery Club, Operation Transformation & Delicious Flapjacks!

Operation Transformation is teaming up with Irish oat producer Flahavan’s to give away 200,000 500g packets of oats this Saturday, 28 January.  Ms Ní Mhúiris and Ms Gough’s cookery club baked delicious flapjacks using porridge oats to help promote healthy treats. Each household can avail of a free bag of porridge from their local Dunnes Stores, Supervalu, Eurospar or Tesco.  Click here to see some photographs.
